        Property owner have to pay, until they are social wellfare cases !
        Gouverment ruins companies and owners !
        
        Court states the rights of property. Gouverment gives no
        instrument of  inforcement nor compensation payments !
        
        Owners of realestate with clear contracts , limited to 2 Month
        without  option to stay , will not be able to refuse service
        for years even if rent is not payed for several years.
        After a serveral years german courts state the right to end
        the contract but owners are ruined , the company is broke
        the investor lives on sozial wellfare.
        It is strongly recomended to withdraw capital from
        Germany !
        Owners of  realestate as well as owners of companies
        asked german parlament for protection. It refused.
